Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
Vompen Consulting Group is looking for a dedicated Compliance Officer to ensure that our clients’ businesses adhere to regulatory requirements. The Compliance Officer will monitor and enforce compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and internal policies, reducing risk and safeguarding the integrity of client operations.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure that client businesses comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.
• Develop and implement compliance programs for clients.
• Monitor legal changes and update compliance policies accordingly.
• Conduct audits and investigations to ensure compliance.
• Provide training to clients on compliance best practices.
• Collaborate with legal teams to handle regulatory issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 3+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory, or legal roles.
• Strong knowledge of UAE and international regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex regulations clearly.
